    This thrip was advertised by the travel agency as “Monkey Island”, which is quite misleading. It’s a mangrove forest with hundreds of monkeys and with a renewed Viet Cong military base in the swamp...

    It is located "across HCMC", or district 7. But will need to pass thru busy district 7, then a ferry ride, and 30 minutes ride thru low land of "water coconut" and shrimp farms, which is still quiet....  more
