Shaped like a lotus bud, Bitexco Financial Tower stands as the highest building in Vietnam that features the first observation deck in the city. American architect Carlos Zapata designed the 262 m (860 ft) tall skyscraper. By combining modern materials (steel and glass) with the distinctive shape resembling the national flower, he managed to harmonize the city's rapid economic development with its traditional roots. The observation deck with a bar on its 49th floor offers 360-degree views. The building also houses a shopping mall and a restaurant. I think it’s worth the money just to experience the most iconic place in Vietnam 🇻🇳 There will be explanations in Vietnam and English. However, having to have witnessed some iconic building in some countries, I wasn’t that impressed. It was only the history of the building, built by the rich. I am also curious what local people said. Of course it wasn’t mentioned.

We enjoyed the sunset on top of the tower. The 360° view is amazing! Make sure to be in time for the sunset to have booth great view of the city by day light and stunning view at night with all the lights of the city. With buying a ticket, you do not book time slots but can stay whatever time you like.
