Adventure Vault, Telford

I have played two Adventure Vault games with my wife and son over the past couple of years when visiting the area from the South West. Both games (The Beginning and The Scandal) were well thought out with some excellent puzzles along the way. Our host Alex was also great and even remembered us from the previous year (either that or he runs a tight CRM and made it look natural!). Either way, it was an unexpected and pleasant welcome. We also felt the hint frequency was perfect; we only received one if we specifically asked or on exceptional occasions. Being force-fed hints when we didn't want them have ruined a couple of games elsewhere, so this was really pleasing. The plans for the next room sound really interesting too; we'll look forward to playing it when we're next near Shrewsbury.

The ideal place to go if you want to give the old grey matter a work out & believe me it's no walk in the park!!! Great fun from start to finish & the guys here make it a challenging but an enjoyable experience. You won't believe how quickly an hour goes by when you're trying to piece together all the clues which only adds to the excitement/frustration of a really great way to spend an hour . Will definitely go back to try another room.
