The busiest corner in London. Lots of attractions nearby and easy access from the underground. The Fortnum and Mason shop a must visit.

This is iconic here! Well worth a visit if you’re in London. Obviously more effective at night due to the big electric billboards. You come out of the underground station and are greeted by the London crazy traffic with red buses aplenty and then you have the Eros fountain and then the bright lights of Piccadilly which will lead you nicely on to theatre land of west end.

This place is the beating heart of the city, with lights shining brightly by day and night. Often a few buskers around singing beautiful songs. Come for the lights, stay for the music. There’s an underground tube station at this location so it’s great to use. You can also walk from Green Park or Leicester Square easily. Be careful of pickpockets and crossing the roads but otherwise it’s safe. Most bars and restaurants nearby aren’t worth the wait, so consider walking away a few hundred yards to find something better.
