Coventry Transport Museum, Coventry

The most effective and efficient collection of road transport vehicles (bicycles, tricycles, and cars), also most intriguing is their pristine state. The environment is themed to give visitors the feel of the period the vehicles were used. The projected clips with motion sensors make them play only when someone walks past, thus making a self paced tour feel like a guided one. There are arrows showing directions also. There is a cafe and a gift shop on the ground floor. The ticket currently last a year so people can visit multi times, always a wonderful experience.

Excellent experience as usual but always finding something different each time we visit. Great for families, couples, anybody with an interest in technology, vehicles or history in general seeing how vehicles have changed over the years. Ticket gets you repeated entry (1 year), so even though the museum did used to be free it is worthwhile paying to be able to visit more than once and know that you're contributing to the upkeep of a really worthwhile museum.
