British Airways i360 is a 162 m (531 ft) observation tower on the seafront of Brighton, East Sussex, England at the landward end of the remains of the West Pier. The tower opened on 4 August 2016. From the fully enclosed viewing pod, visitors experience 360-degree views across Brighton, the South Downs and the English Channel.

British Airways i360 was designed, engineered, manufactured and promoted by the team responsible for the London Eye. The attraction cost £46 million, with £36 million being funded by a Public Works Loan Board (PWLB) loan through Brighton and Hove city council.

Formerly known as the "Brighton i360", the project aimed to attract 739,000 paying customers every year. The owner of the site, the West Pier Trust, hoped in 2014 that a successful i360 would lead to the rebuilding of the historic West Pier. Although much of Brighton and Hove seafront has undergone extensive renovation during the years 2020-2022 the West Pier was not significantly re-imagined during this period.

  • First time visiting Brighton and saw this! Knew I had to go on it as I love things like this. The total experience is around 30 minutes, and there's a nice stocked bar on board. Lovely views from the top, and you can see the Seven Sisters in the distance. While I nice experience, it is something you would only do once, and the tickets are quite pricey for what it is - £17.50. There are other packages such as ticket and a glass of champagne and things like that. I knew it wasn't really worth the money but still enjoyed it all the same.
  • A smooth take off to the summit, no turbulence and the views were breathtaking. We chose the sunset flight at 4.30 and we were not disappointed. We even got to see our beloved regency square. A bit pricey mind, but residents can benefit from half price tickets.
