Roam through Winterbourne House and Garden, an Edwardian property heavily influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement. On the ground floor of the house, learn about its previous occupants and their importance in the community through interactive exhibits. Climb the stairs and see how the inhabitants would have lived in the period-furnished rooms. Outside, amble through the 3 hectare (6 acre) botanical garden, home to over 6,000 plant species from around the world. The souvenir shop stocks a range of locally produced items, such as pottery and Winterbourne-grown produce. There is also a secondhand bookshop on site. Visit the terrace tearoom for tea, cakes, and meals. You are also welcome to bring a picnic with you. Take the guesswork out of planning a Birmingham vacation by using our trip itinerary maker.

Visiting here with my family was a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptional, taking care of our high tea. Clean and bright surroundings. The gardens were magnificent! The house was very interesting and kept us intrigued for quite a while! Thank you for making our special day perfect that we all enjoyed! Well worth a next visit!

A very lovely place to go and visit with amazing history within the place and the building. It has a very warm welcome where children can enjoy their time too around. There is also a pretty jig garden where you can have your breakfast as it does have a tea room with hot and cold sandwiches. Amble through the botanic gardens and discover over 6000 plant species
