  • While looking for a different local walk we stumbled across this place on the National Trust website. With a car park suitable for about a dozen cars and a circular walk of between 3 and 4 miles...

  • Great place to stop on your travels around wyre forest. It has lots of interesting information about the mill provided by national Trust. It's a good place to stop has a small sheltered area with benchs great for a cuppa tea especially when it's raining, lots of birds in and around the Brook which can be spotted from the bridge.
  • Really liked seeing Knowles Mill. We took the car right down to across the river from it and the road is quite narrow and very muddy if it rains. The mill itself is unmanned. There is not a stamp for the passport book or toilets. There are alot of information boards here to look at. It's got a great atmosphere. Would recommend a visit.
