A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.

You'll find plenty of places to visit near Turin: La Citta Alta (in Bergamo) and Milan (Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Duomo di Milano, &more). There's lots more to do: examine the collection at Museo Nazionale del Cinema, don't miss a visit to Piazza San Carlo, admire the landmark architecture of Palazzo Reale Di Torino, and pause for some serene contemplation at Basilica di Superga.
