Known for its idyllic location on the shores of Lake Como and at the foot of the Alps, Como is one of northern Italy's most popular tourist destinations.Escape the urban bustle at Riserva Naturale Val di Mello and Parco Comunale delle Incisioni Rupestri di Luine. Visit Eremo di S. Caterina del Sasso and Villa Reale for their historical value. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Como: Brescia (Chiesa di San Lorenzo, Bresciaunderground APS, &more), Somma Lombardo (Volandia Parco e Museo del Volo Malpensa & Visconti Castle of Saint Vito) and Varallo (Chiesa di Santa Maria delle Grazie, Sacro Monte, &more).
