Turin — 5 nights

City of Magic
A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.Get in touch with nature at Parco Naturale del Monte San Giorgio and Cervino Breuil-Cervinia Ski Area. Museo Egizio and Museo Nazionale del Cinema are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Venture out of the city with trips to Castello di Issogne (in Issogne), Cantina Fontechiara (in Borgomanero) and Lake Orta (in Orta San Giulio). There's still lots to do: pause for some serene contemplation at Basilica di Superga, test your team's savvy at popular escape rooms, make a trip to Piazza San Carlo, and admire the striking features of Palazzo Reale Di Torino.
To find ratings, where to stay, photos, and more tourist information, you can read our Turin tour planner.
If you are flying in from United Kingdom, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In April, plan for daily highs up to 17°C, and evening lows to 9°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 8th (Mon) to allow enough time to travel back home.
