Valletta, Malta to Turin is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of bus and train; or take a bus. Plan for little chillier temperatures traveling from Valletta in April, with highs in Turin at 17°C and lows at 9°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 17th (Sun) so you can drive to Cogne.

Cogne is a town and comune in Aosta Valley, northern Italy, with 1439 inhabitants, as of 2012.GeographyCogne is located in the valley with the same name along a stream known as the Torrent Grand Eyvia. Lillaz Waterfalls has been added to your itinerary. Start off your visit on the 18th (Mon): stroll around Parc Animalier d'Introd, take an in-depth tour of Maison Bruil, and then tour the pleasant surroundings at Sentieri della Valnontey. On the next day, take in the dramatic scenery at Lillaz Waterfalls.
