Deepen your sense of the past at sights like Basilica di Superga and Piazza Motta. Take a break from the city and head to Lake Orta and River Rafting & Tubing. Get out of town with these interesting Turin side-trips: Cantina Fontechiara (in Borgomanero), Azienda Agricola Negro Angelo & Figli (in Monteu Roero) and Castello di Grinzane Cavour (in Grinzane Cavour). There's still lots to do: admire the masterpieces at Museo Egizio, examine the collection at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, make a trip to Piazza San Carlo, and steep yourself in history at Palazzo Reale Di Torino.
