Turin — 4 nights

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Take a break from the city and head to Parco Nazionale Gran Paradiso and Cervino Breuil-Cervinia Ski Area. Explore Turin's surroundings by going to Zoom Torino (in Cumiana), Castello di Issogne (in Issogne) and River Rafting & Tubing (in Morgex). There's still lots to do: get engrossed in the history at Museo Egizio, pause for some serene contemplation at Basilica di Superga, don't miss a visit to Piazza Castello, and admire the striking features of Palazzo Reale Di Torino.

To see traveler tips, other places to visit, where to stay, and other tourist information, read our Turin online sightseeing planner.

Expect a daytime high around 20°C in May, and nighttime lows around 12°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 13th (Mon) early enough to travel back home.
