Turin — 4 nights

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Juventus Museum and Chiesa di Santa Maria del Monte dei Cappuccini. Popular historic sites such as Santuario della Consolata and Castello di Issogne are in your itinerary. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Turin: Castello Reale Di Pollenzo (in Pollenzo), Pont-Saint-Martin (in Pont-Saint-Martin) and Museo della Magia (in Cherasco). There's lots more to do: pause for some serene contemplation at Basilica di Maria Ausiliatrice, view the masterpieces at Galleria Sabauda, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Church of San Lorenzo, and contemplate the long history of Duomo di Torino e Cappella della Sacra Sindone.

To see ratings, traveler tips, where to stay, and other tourist information, refer to the Turin vacation planner.

If you are flying in from Canada, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In July, daily temperatures in Turin can reach 30°C, while at night they dip to 21°C.
