Turin — 4 nights

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Explore Turin's surroundings by going to Forte di Bard (in Bard), Castello di Issogne (in Issogne) and Cervino Breuil-Cervinia Ski Area (in Breuil-Cervinia). There's still lots to do: explore the world behind art at Museo Egizio, admire the landmark architecture of Palazzo Reale Di Torino, don't miss a visit to Piazza Castello, and admire the natural beauty at Parco del Valentino.

To see photos, more things to do, other places to visit, and other tourist information, use the Turin trip planner.

If you are flying in from United States, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. Expect a daytime high around 50°F in March, and nighttime lows around 40°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 29th (Sun) early enough to travel back home.
