Turin — 3 nights

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Gran Madre di Dio and Church of San Lorenzo. There's much more to do: pause for some serene contemplation at Basilica di Maria Ausiliatrice, get engrossed in the history at Museo Pietro Micca e dell'assedio di Torino del 1706, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Duomo di Torino e Cappella della Sacra Sindone, and don't miss a visit to Piazza Carignano.

To see where to stay, photos, more things to do, and other tourist information, read our Turin trip itinerary builder app.

If you are flying in from Israel, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In May, daytime highs in Turin are 20°C, while nighttime lows are 12°C.
