Turin — 3 nights

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Discover out-of-the-way places like Castello della Manta and Museo Civico Casa Cavassa. Museo del Carcere Le Nuove and Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile will appeal to museum buffs. Change things up with these side-trips from Turin: Azienda Agricola Ca Neuva (in Dogliani), Ponte del Diavolo (in Lanzo Torinese) and Cascina Sot (in Monforte d'Alba). There's still lots to do: pause for some serene contemplation at Abbazia di Santa Maria di Staffarda, don't miss a visit to Via Roma, step into the grandiose world of Castello di Aglie, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Duomo di Torino e Cappella della Sacra Sindone.

Find out how to plan Turin trip without stress by asking Inspirock to help create an itinerary.

If you are flying in from United States, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In July, plan for daily highs up to 78°F, and evening lows to 65°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 11th (Thu) to allow time to travel back home.
