Turin — 3 nights

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Your cultural itinerary includes sights like Museo Egizio and Reggia Di Reale. Appreciate the collections at Museo Nazionale del Cinema and Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi. Change things up with these side-trips from Turin: Forte di Bard (in Bard) and Serravalle Designer Outlet (in Serravalle Scrivia). There's much more to do: examine the collection at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, take in the spiritual surroundings of Duomo di Torino e Cappella della Sacra Sindone, admire the landmark architecture of Palazzo Reale Di Torino, and see where the action happens at Juventus Stadium.

If you are flying in from United Kingdom, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In May, plan for daily highs up to 20°C, and evening lows to 12°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 30th (Wed) to allow enough time to travel back home.
