Turin — 3 nights

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Your cultural itinerary includes sights like Castello di Issogne and Santuario della Nativita di Maria. Get some historical perspective at Castello Reale di Sarre and Castello di Verres. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Turin: River Rafting & Tubing (in La Salle), Aosta (Collegiata dei Santi Pietro e Orso & Criptoportico Forense) and Il Negozietto (in Chatillon). And it doesn't end there: step into the grandiose world of Castello Sarriod de La Tour, explore the world behind art at Museo Egizio, examine the collection at Museo Nazionale del Cinema, and take a stroll through Via Roma.

For more things to do, other places to visit, where to stay, and tourist information, use the Turin itinerary tool.

If you are flying in from Belgium, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In July in Turin, expect temperatures between 30°C during the day and 21°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 25th (Wed) to allow enough time to travel back home.
