Turin — 3 nights

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Step off the beaten path and head to Castello di Issogne and Castello della Manta. Get some cultural insight at Castello e Parco di Masino and Museo del Carcere Le Nuove. Venture out of the city with trips to Sacro Monte (in Varallo), Chiesa dei Ss. Pietro e Giorgio (in Rosazza) and Castello di Verres (in Verres). And it doesn't end there: explore the world behind art at Fondazione Accorsi Ometto - Museo di Arti Decorative, explore the ancient world of Criptoportico Forense, get engrossed in the history at Musei Reali, and step into the grandiose world of Castello Reale di Sarre.
