Turin — 3 nights

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Step off the beaten path and head to Castello e Parco di Masino and Castello della Manta. Get some cultural insight at Castello di Issogne and Il Bucintoro dei Savoia. Venture out of the city with trips to Chiesa dei Ss. Pietro e Giorgio (in Rosazza), Sacro Monte (in Varallo) and Castello di Verres (in Verres). The adventure continues: take an in-depth tour of Museo del Carcere Le Nuove, step into the grandiose world of Castello Reale di Sarre, explore the world behind art at Musei Reali, and delve into the distant past at Criptoportico Forense.
