Turin — 3 nights

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Change things up with these side-trips from Turin: Castello di Issogne (in Issogne), Cervino Breuil-Cervinia Ski Area (in Breuil-Cervinia) and Reggia Di Reale (in Venaria Reale). The adventure continues: take an in-depth tour of Museo Egizio, admire the striking features of Palazzo Reale Di Torino, take in the spiritual surroundings of Duomo di Torino e Cappella della Sacra Sindone, and catch a live event at Juventus Stadium.

If you are flying in from Australia, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In February, plan for daily highs up to 5°C, and evening lows to 0°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 16th (Sat) so you can travel back home.
