Epernay — 3 nights

Best known for its Champagne production, Épernay is a small town featuring several famous brands, including Moët & Chandon, that have been aged in the miles of tunneled cellars carved from chalk rock beneath the town.
Kids will enjoy Nigloland, Parc D'Attractions & Hotel and La Tour Cesar. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Epernay: Les Poils D Assenay (in Assenay), Troyes (Ruelle des Chats & Église Sainte-Madeleine) and Mémorial Charles De Gaulle (in Colombey-les-deux-Eglises). And it doesn't end there: don't miss a visit to Avenue de Champagne, see the interesting displays at Musee du Vin de Champagne et d'Archeologie Regionale, look for gifts at Le Chocolat d'Emmanuel Briet, and pause for some serene contemplation at Abbaye Saint-Pierre d'Hautvillers.

For maps, traveler tips, reviews, and more tourist information, refer to the Epernay trip itinerary builder.

If you are flying in from Sweden, the closest major aiports are Charles de Gaulle International Airport, Paris-Orly Airport and Paris Beauvais Tillé Airport. In June in Epernay, expect temperatures between 27°C during the day and 11°C at night.
