Turin — 2 nights

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
You'll explore and learn at Reggia Di Reale and Museo Egizio. Visit Basilica di Superga and Duomo di Torino e Cappella della Sacra Sindone for their historical value. When in Turin, make a side trip to see Forte di Bard in Bard, approximately Bard away. There's still lots to do: see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile.

If you are flying in from United States, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In May in Turin, expect temperatures between 64°F during the day and 51°F at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 15th (Tue) early enough to travel back home.
