Turin — 2 nights

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Get a sense of the local culture at Basilica di Superga and Reggia Di Reale. Popular historic sites such as Palazzo Reale Di Torino and Castello della Manta are in your itinerary. Change things up with these side-trips from Turin: Castello di Grinzane Cavour (in Grinzane Cavour) and Germano Angelo (in Barolo). And it doesn't end there: see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, don't miss a visit to Piazza San Carlo, see where the action happens at Juventus Stadium, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Tempio Israelitico.

To find ratings, more things to do, and tourist information, use the Turin day trip planning app.

Expect a daytime high around 20°C in May, and nighttime lows around 12°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 7th (Tue) to allow time to travel back home.
