Turin — 2 nights

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Step out of Turin with an excursion to Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan--about 1h 30 min away. There's lots more to do: pause for some serene contemplation at Basilica di Superga, make a trip to Piazza San Carlo, admire the natural beauty at Parco del Valentino, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Duomo di Torino e Cappella della Sacra Sindone.

To see other places to visit, reviews, maps, and other tourist information, refer to the Turin day trip app.

If you are flying in from United States, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In September in Turin, expect temperatures between 69°F during the day and 58°F at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 3rd (Tue) so you can travel back home.
