Turin — 2 nights

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Go for a jaunt from Turin to Sant'Ambrogio di Torino to see Sacra di San Michele about 50 minutes away. Next up on the itinerary: pause for some serene contemplation at Basilica di Superga, see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, explore the world behind art at Museo Egizio, and make a trip to Piazza San Carlo.

If you are flying in from India, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In June, daily temperatures in Turin can reach 26°C, while at night they dip to 18°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 4th (Mon) to allow time to travel back home.
