A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Your day by day itinerary now includes Church of San Lorenzo as well as Santuario della Consolata. Start off your visit on the 10th (Sun): make a trip to Piazza San Carlo, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Santuario della Consolata, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Church of San Lorenzo, and finally take in the architecture and atmosphere at Basilica di Superga. Here are some ideas for day two: admire the masterpieces at Museo Egizio, then see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale del Cinema, and then stroll around Parco del Valentino.
