A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Kick off your visit on the 28th (Sun): take in the architecture and atmosphere at Basilica di Superga, then take in nature's colorful creations at Parco del Valentino, then examine the collection at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, and finally admire the masterpieces at Museo Egizio. On the next day, make a trip to Piazza San Carlo, examine the collection at Museo Nazionale del Cinema, and then don't miss a visit to Piazza Castello.
