Turin — 1 night

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Start off your visit on the 15th (Wed): make a trip to Piazza Castello, then see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale del Cinema, and then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Basilica di Superga. Here are some ideas for day two: don't miss a visit to Piazza San Carlo, then see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, then test your problem-solving skills at popular escape rooms, and finally explore the world behind art at Museo Egizio.

If you are flying in from Israel, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In May, daily temperatures in Turin can reach 20°C, while at night they dip to 12°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 16th (Thu) so you can travel back home.
