Turin — 14 nights

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Museo Nazionale del Cinema and Palazzo Reale Di Torino. Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Extro' Outlet Intimo and Honky Donky - Storie di Latte. Change things up with these side-trips from Turin: Garessio (Parrocchiale di Maria Vergine Assunta, Croce del Mindino, &more), Chiesa di San Marco Evangelista (in Rocca de Baldi) and Cave Bossea (in Frabosa Soprana). There's much more to do: examine the collection at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, brush up on your military savvy at Museo Forte Bramafam, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Cappella dei Banchieri e dei Mercanti, and appreciate the views at Langhe landscapes.

To find more things to do, maps, photos, and more tourist information, you can read our Turin holiday tool.

In July, plan for daily highs up to 30°C, and evening lows to 21°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 25th (Thu) to allow enough time to travel back home.
