In the Aosta Valley bordering Switzerland and France, the medieval city of Aosta is famous for its prime skiing conditions and rich cultural history.You've now added Parco Nazionale Gran Paradiso to your itinerary. Get out of town with these interesting Aosta side-trips: Lillaz Waterfalls (in Cogne), Lago d'Arpy (in Morgex) and Courmayeur (Alta Via 2, Val Ferret, &more).
