Turin — 1 day

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
On the 8th (Sat), pause for some serene contemplation at Basilica di Superga, then admire the natural beauty at Parco del Valentino, then see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, and finally explore the world behind art at Museo Egizio.

For maps, more things to do, and more tourist information, refer to the Turin travel planner.

If you are flying in from Bulgaria, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. In September, daytime highs in Turin are 24°C, while nighttime lows are 17°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 8th (Sat) so you can travel back home.
