Turin — 1 day

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Start off your visit on the 11th (Tue): examine the collection at Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, make a trip to Piazza San Carlo, then get engrossed in the history at Museo Egizio, and finally take in the architecture and atmosphere at Basilica di Superga.

For maps, ratings, more things to do, and tourist information, use the Turin trip itinerary planning website.

If you are flying in from United States, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. Expect a daytime high around 73°F in June, and nighttime lows around 60°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 11th (Tue) so you can travel back home.
