I bought my first Swiss watch at this shop. Thanks to to the very friendly and welcoming staffs there. They patiently took the time to understand my wishes and helped me find a perfect Baume et Mercier. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work!

We went to this store several days ago. The staff who can speak Mandarin here is extremely arrogant, impatient, and unfriendly. Two things. The moment we stepped into the store, when we were talking about Longines, one of the staff started judging us. Regardless of how good or bad is the brand, It’s our choice to buy which brand. If the brand is so bad, why is your store still selling Longines. And strangely, we didn’t speak to you. Why did you think you have the right to interrupt our conversation? A few minutes later, I was asking the prices of several watches and would like to write down their details to compare them. Another saleswoman stopped my action and said impatiently: “ What you are doing is pointless. You should tell me your budget and I will help you pick the watch. “ (你记下价格的行为根本没有意义。你的预算是多少请直接跟我说，我来帮你选表）Well, perfect, according to this saleswoman, I was not even allowed to ask and write down the price. Okay, thank you Kirchhofer, this is the worst experience we ever had in Europe. And because of your attitude, we went to another store to buy watches. They are nice, friendly, and professional.
