The building is nice, but the available information isn't worth the €9 entrance fee. The history of Viterbo, and its ties to the papacy is very interesting, but the explanations here are very dry and make no attempt to bring the history to life. Only go with a guide. Not one for young children.

Having had a chance to visit inside but I've been tons this place is gorgeous. It is in fact the first pace were the conclave for reunited, so a good place to go if you love history.
