  • Staff are very helpful, they supplied lavatory paper and soap when told of lack. Steps quite steep and big. As an away supporter, my view of the match was good.
  • Regarding the tour, extremely poor. Meeting point with guides is a shambles. First thing you are out in the stands, photo opportunity. Rushed by second guide. Taken down to pitch side, not allowed near dugout which is very common, not taken out the tunnel to pitch either. Strange compared to other tours. The changing room for players is the lowest standard for “big clubs”. Media room again usually allowed to sit at the managers space for conferences. Overall all you spend most the time following the guide walking up Slopes. Such a disappointing experience. The shop is also poor due to the prices, 10 euro more expensive than anywhere else. Last seasons shirts still full price which makes no sense. Buying the new shirt was easy. Museum is okay, good but definitely doesn’t take 50 minutes as stated, could do it in depth in 15. 2/10.
