Founded in 1870, Distilleria Gualco has been the property of the same family for generations. When you stop by this historic grappa factory, you'll be able to learn about the traditional production process, taste the product, and pick up a bottle or two at the onsite shop. Look for flavored grappas and grappa-based liqueurs, which offer a full-bodied sweet taste without being too sugary. Many of the distillery's recipes for making these products were developed by Bartolomeo Gualco, a legendary grappa master.
