  • After a few quick emails, we were set on meeting Irene at her family's lovely villa, where they grow their grapes and make traditional balsamic vinegar. She was very passionate and thorough about explaining the process, down to how the packaging was uniquely designed. We were able to taste several vinegars of various ages. Love the vibe! Please visit Antica Acetaia Villa Bianca and take a balsamic vinegar tour if you ever visit Modena!
  • Emilio, the king of the traditional balsamico is the perfect guy to explain you about it. Patient, funny and amazingly smart guy. The place is pretty and has a family atmosphere, but above all- the balsamic vinegar is one of the best. Don't miss this place!
