We opted to pay the fee to visit this castle, while it was being set up for a wedding. An open plaza, a small chapel and a small museum make up the venue. No worth the entrance fee.

A small but nice old Castle. High up on the rocks above Riomaggiore. It takes quite a climb to get there but the view is just perfect. For only €2 you can enter the castle, read about some history about the village and enjoy the view. The view is just perfect and you can take magazine like pictures of Riomaggiore.

To get the best view of the surrounding area (without hiking) of Riomaggorie you need to spend 2 euros to go inside this castle. And it’s really just to see a view. There is a rotating art gallery in the main room however. The view is great.
