Spa Vignavecchia, Radda in Chianti

I bought the 1.5 hour wellness package for my boyfriend and I. I wanted to give this spa 5 stars because of the awesome facilities and friendly staff. Honestly, they utilized the space very well and had fantastic/interesting showers, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. I took two stars off because I found it odd that they had no towels in the facility for guests. We were guests at the hotel, so I could have easily brought towels from our room but they said not to bring anything because we were getting robes. Robes are fine for moving around in the spa, but I didn’t have a dry towel to take a shower with or any towels to sit on in the hot sauna/steam room benches (which is a sanitary concern as well). Also, My boyfriend and I took showers and all of the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in both bathrooms were empty. From my experience, spas should give you access to towels and soap in the showers.

Friendly staff. Ms. Valentina, our masseuse, was nice and professional. The SPA is not so big, but clean and well equipped. 5 stars because we got lucky, we were all alone therefore we really enjoyed it.
