Fun visit to this glass museum in the center of Piegaro. Our grandsons 10 and 8 were very interested in the history relayed to us by Colleen our local guide.

The space is amazing! An old building where all the glassmaking happened in the past! Very well organized, but information written was all in Italian. Staff wasn’t much helpful explaining the museum to us, but we navigated through it just fine. It’s a shame there’s no glass making showcase itself.

Interesting for me, but most might be bored. Basically a display of what was. Seems like they could do more with the museum. A little hard to follow the process and I have worked in glass factories rebuilding the firebrick.
