I got a combined ticket with Etruscan Well, but neither are worth seeing. At least Etruscan Well is quick, only takes 10 minutes, but Palazzo Sorbello you have to go with a guide and it takes too much time to see. The ceiling frescos are nice, but the Collegio de Cambio is much more impressive

Not the grandest thing in the world or even in Perugia, but well worth the few euros to get a short tour and learn a few historical tales. The palace itself is interesting, although they could put a bit more effort into keeping the look original; for example the "old" library had a new metal bookcase and a bunch of modern books, which was a little weird.
