    Lovely wall paintings and beautiful sense of isolation in this walled disused church. No crowds but you will need to seek admittance from the custodian as the whole site is gated and locked. Ring the bell and you will be invited into a sanctuary of calm and beauty. Recommended

    I happened to discover this eremo during on a walking excursion organized by 'Andare a zonzo' and I was stunned by it simple beauty. An art and historical jewel in the Tuscan countryside, with its frescos and history. Go for a walk and stop by.
