Lovely spot for a tour and tasting. The young woman who gave us the tour was informative, friendly, welcoming, and answered any questions we had. The tour and tasting is free, and the vinegar and various other local products are very reasonably priced (particularly when compared to the same products just in town). Highly recommended.

What an intimate, wonderful visit. We were honored to be given a tour by the owner Davide himself and learn about the art of traditional balsamic vinegar making. The tour ended with a delicious tasting, including balsamic on ice cream! I emailed to reserve a tour a few weeks in advance. It’s an easy, €20 taxi ride from Modena.
