  • This monastery is one good example of gothic Italian architecture! The area is very peaceful and you can walk freely within the building. The richness of different paintings within the church is...

  • Out of the tourist route. We were the only ones there. You will feel teletransported to another era. If you can go on a day with wind and the sound of the wind and the bell, it's haunting! Search for the abandoned train tracks in the back!!!
  • Incredibly recommended, the abbey is 1-hour walk from Piazzale Lodi (M3), and host a craft beer shop (by the monks) and a bar with tables in the open air. Besides, the hiking is nice through the agrarian park of Milano sud. Also served by the 77 bus line.
