Lago Delio, Lake Maggiore

This is fantastic if you love water being contained in large quantities inside a very big hole. Sit there and watch water. Walk and watch water. Trip, cut your shin open and lose cosiderable amounts of blood and watch water. There is something for everyone. This lake brings a level of excitement only experienced when watching a dog sniff another dog's butt. 3 stars because we actually saw two dog's on a standup paddle smelling each other's butts.

Very disappointing lake. Incredible difficult to reach from the car park and there's no good beach to use. Lovely picnic area at the top.
