This is a must see in Genoa. Even if you are not a fan of history you might as well go see the palaces. The architecture and detail are truly amazing.

A grand palace and a wonderful little museum. The Palazzo Bianco is one of three palazzi of the Musei di Strada Nuova. The palazzo is a wonderful renaissance palace with an impressive facade and gardens. Besides some grand staircases, most rooms are exhibition rooms for the art collection. The museum has many wonderful paintings by local Italian masters, but also some foreign (Dutch - Flemish) painters. While renovating the Palazzo Rosso, the Palazzo Bianco temporarily has some of the Anthony Van Dyck paintings of the Brignole-Sale dynasty on exhibition. A ticket also gives access to the adjacent Palazzo Tursi.

So there are 3 palaces that you can visit here, this is the worst out of the 3. The paintings, the atmosphere, the feeling. Only this would not give me a reason to give 2 stars only, but there are these people who watch over the place and tell you where to go. I dont know what did we do wrong but a middle aged female who worked there followed us through 3 different rooms and literally stood 0.5 metre away every time. There where other people to watch but she even followed us to a little room where we didnt even go in really just took a look at it, but i looked in her direction and she was staring at me, it was a little horrifying experience 💀
