Villa Tornaforte, Cuneo

I can't even explain how much I am tied to Villa Tornaforte. I love everything about her ... the gravel paths, the box hedges, the birds in front of the house that Mrs. Toselli herself planted many years ago, the ramshackle shutters, the doors, the ancient windows, the staircase and that wonderful feeling that you get when you walk through the front door. As if all the souls who lived in the villa were there to welcome you. That incredible atmosphere that takes you and takes you back in time, as if time never passed between those wonderful walls. But soon the charm will be broken because the Villa has been sold and will pass from the loving hands of the last heir to those of the publisher Nino Aragno who seems to want to make it a place of culture ... which with the renovations that are of obligation in any public place ... it will take away forever the magic and the infinity of memories that only such a place can contain. I am glad that Mrs. Toselli is no longer alive to see all this

Lovely place and exceptional people. An enchanted place to spend time in ecstasy. Since childhood in my heart as one of the most misitic and spiritual places.
