Pasticceria Pozzi, Bormio

For me a good artisan pastry. The level is good but not very high it will be that we are used too well in Rome but I have also tried other places where the pastry had a higher level than this. The strudel in particular was a big disappointment, stringy dough and a mushy filling with an unpleasant flavor. I'm sorry because the service is really very warm and friendly, however if you are not able to make a type of product it is better to remove it and focus on your workhorses. Custard without vanilla or flavorings, excellent fresh fruit, the stuffed cake is discreet. In general, unfortunately, I don't feel like recommending it after trying other ovens / bars in the area.

The quality is artisanal and good compared to others in Bormio, excellent cakes, good internal choice, not large but you can find everything, prices in the norm. Only an aside, for expenses over 25 euros the shopper or envelope should be free instead of loading it on the account 0.15 cents, the figure does not send anyone to the shit but the attentive customer also looks at this in a final evaluation.
